Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email mapailakatlego61@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will review the request and provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, plus any additional time your bank or card provider needs to post the credit.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original item if eligible and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mapailakatlego61@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately because orders may enter processing after this time.
