Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at mapailakatlego61@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mapailakatlego61@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders may already be in processing with our fulfillment partners and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at mapailakatlego61@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
